right? you have seen this happen before after other tragedies and other disasters. >> yes, fake charities popping up, recently surrounding hurricane sandy victims. there could be more related to newtown. authorities and the fbi are being very aggressive, trying to track more of these. nothing specific, they're telling us, but clearly this arrest today which could end with a five-year prison sentence, is being announced as a warning to anyone who would try to take advantage of the tragedy and the suffering families. >> a warning we certainly hope is heard. drew, thank you very much. >>> ken berger is the president and ceo of charity navigator, a nonprofit that investigated -- evaluates charities and he joins me live. the details, you were listening there, so disturbing. have you ever seen anything like this? >> unfortunately, we have seen situations like this. and i think any time there's a tragedy, unfortunately some really awful people come out and exploit the public. it's really horrible.
